Relapse is a subject that is very misunderstood. And, because it is so shrouded in shame, we don’t feel comfortable talking about it. Today, I want to start an open and honest conversation about relapse. I have many lessons to share with you. Most importantly, I want you to know that you are not alone – relapse is a universal expereince. It touches all of us – in one way or another. Stay with me while I explain what I mean!
